On a personal note, I moved to Texas from Mexico at the age of 5 and speak both Spanish and English fluently. I have a hotel and restaurant management degree that I received in Houston Texas. As an entrepreneur, I was part owner of a bakery and was in the restaurant business for 20 years. I also enjoy actively participating in my community, in which I have a taco stand called Taco Carlos that I own where I am in the Pan-O-prog celebration of Lakeville each year.
